These terms govern your use of the games and services at omnigamestudio.com, operated by Omnigames. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can use Omnigames

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Omnigames only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or otherwise interfere with fair play or leaderboards.
Harass other players or submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content (including in display names or messages).
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Omnicoins and virtual items

Omnicoins and any virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use inside Omnigames. They have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged outside the games. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue them.

Any future purchases of virtual currency or items are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Coins earned as bonuses may be subject to limits.

5. Intellectual property

The games, code, artwork, names, and logos are owned by Omnigames and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the games for your own entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Multiplayer and user content

Display names, messages, and match activity may be visible to other players. Do not share anything you would not want others to see. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Service availability

Omnigames is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The games are in active development and may change, break, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that progress, ratings, or virtual items will be preserved, though we try to keep them safe.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
